Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to ensuring that your precious jewelry arrives securely and on time. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy.


Processing Time

  • All ready-made jewelry items will be shipped within 3 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces will require additional processing time. Specific timeframes will be outlined on the product page or communicated via email, but custom orders can take anything from 2-6 weeks, if we are designing something together from scratch, please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for the design process as we will go back and forth with ideas, sketches and stone sourcing.


Shipping Carrier

We exclusively ship with FedEx, a trusted global carrier, to provide our customers with fast, secure, and fully traceable deliveries.

  • All orders are shipped with full insurance to cover the value of your items.

  • A FedEx tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

  • Signature upon delivery may be required to ensure secure receipt.


Domestic Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

  • FedEx Ground or Express options may be available at checkout.

  • Overnight expedited shipping is available on ready made items.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide using FedEx International Priority or FedEx International Economy, depending on the destination and selection at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days, depending on customs and local processing.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and local fees imposed by their destination country.

  • These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient.

  • We cannot mark shipments as "gifts" or undervalue the contents, as this is against international shipping regulations.


Delivery Issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • In the event of a delay, damage, or lost package, please contact us at jm@jaynemoore.com, and we will assist in opening a FedEx case and filing an insurance claim where applicable.


Packaging & Insurance

  • All jewelry is carefully packaged in protective materials and discreet outer packaging to ensure safe delivery.

  • Shipments are insured through FedEx or a third-party provider for the full value of the merchandise.
